Amazon Brand Grows Revenue 11X in 90 Days With New-to-Brand Strategy

The new case study highlights how a focused New-to-Brand strategy helped an Amazon brand scale revenue 11X in just 90 days while strengthening customer acquisition and long-term growth.

AMZDUDES, a full service Amazon Agency has released the full results of a 90-day engagement with Explicit Essentials, a Bath & Body brand that scaled monthly Amazon revenue from $12,077 to $131,711 through a New-to-Brand acquisition strategy built on structured PPC and catalog optimization.

Before partnering with AMZDUDES, Explicit Essentials had consumer demand but no structured Amazon advertising strategy in place. The brand's Amazon presence relied almost entirely on organic traffic, with no campaign architecture designed to acquire new customers or scale sales predictably.

Within 90 days, AMZDUDES rebuilt the account from the ground up. The team implemented an exact-match-first campaign structure, validated every keyword with real conversion data before broadening, and aligned listing content with the ad strategy to maximize conversion efficiency. The results were driven by customer acquisition, not discounting. From September through December, over 96% of all customers were New-to-Brand buyers, contributing approximately 96% of total revenue. New-to-Brand customer count grew from 373 to 4,018 over the same period, while New-to-Brand sales increased from $11,100 to $127,200.
Order volume confirmed that the growth was conversion-led. Monthly orders scaled from 409 to 4,382, reflecting genuine demand expansion rather than short-term promotional spikes.

"Most brands come to us after spending months running ads without a system behind them", said Junaid Hashmi, CEO and Co-Founder of AMZDUDES. "With Explicit Essentials, the product had demand. What was missing was the campaign architecture and listing foundation to convert that demand into scalable, repeatable revenue. That is what we built."

Despite the aggressive acquisition pace during peak season, early signs of customer retention emerged. Repeat customers increased from 8 in September to 189 in December, with repeat purchase rates reaching 10.48%.
